Chérif Soumano and Sébastien Giniaux met in Bamako, a little over ten years ago. Many collaborations later, they present African Variations, a creative journey traversing styles, languages, compositions and improvisations. These two virtuosos revisit traditions in a dialogue between kora and guitar, and between two cultures.
