Once again, emotion takes center stage. Blending concert, educational encounter, photo exhibition, and dinner-dance, this event celebrates a festive and warm-hearted art form, shedding light on the contemporary legacy of Romanian traditional music ensembles (taraf) and the street or village musicians—both Roma and non-Roma.

It also pays a vibrant tribute to the great Romanian ethnomusicologist Speranţa Rădulescu, whose passionate career helped bring this heritage to the forefront. An invitation to travel to the heart of Romania, where every note and every dance step tells a story.
